La Morra is situated in  the Centre of the Langhe da Barolo. 11 villages have the autority to produce Barolo. La Morra produces between 30 and 35 procent of it. About 500 meters above sea level the panorama is one of the most beautifull of Piedmont.

The other Barolo villages with their medieval castles are also worth visiting: Barolo, with its Faletti castle and wine museum, Crinzane Cavour: museum and seat of the regional wines and truffles, Castaglione Faletti, Roddi, Monforte ,Serralunga d'Alba...

Alba, once the town with the 100 towers, is actually the capital of the white truffle, a city with lots of events.

Bra, cradle of the slow food motion has interesting monuments, the 'Banca del Vino' and the university of gastronomy in the ancient castle of the Savoie family.

Cherasco, a beautifull little town is famous for antiquity, chocolate, escargots and golf.
